Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders typically ship within the business week. To be safe, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders are shipped from Billings, Missouri.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout through UPS based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.

Delivery time
Your delivery time is the processing time (up to 5 business days) plus the UPS transit time to your address. Transit time depends on the shipping service and your location, and is shown with the shipping options at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address you provided at checkout.

International orders
We ship to many countries outside the United States. Shipping availability and rates for your country are shown at checkout. If your country is not available, please contact us before ordering.
