This website is operated by Simplify Marine. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Simplify Marine. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter this agreement.

Products, descriptions, and pricing
We work to describe our products and their specifications accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are complete or error-free. Specifications may change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change. Where a rebate is offered, the product page describes how it is applied. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel any order affected by an error, in which case we will refund any payment you made.

Compatibility
Our displays are sold for use with the chartplotter and fish finder systems named on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm that the version you select, including its screen size, resolution, aspect ratio, and connections, matches your equipment. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or limit any order, including for reasons of inventory, suspected fraud, or errors. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to pay all charges at the prices in effect when your order is placed, including applicable shipping and taxes. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers.

Shipping and returns
Shipping times, rates, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier at your address.

Installation and safe use
Marine electronics must be installed and used correctly. You are responsible for installing the product according to its instructions and in a manner suitable for your vessel and conditions, using a qualified installer where appropriate. Our displays are not a substitute for safe seamanship, proper lookout, or official navigation aids. Use sound judgment and do not rely on any single device for navigation or safety.

Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simplify Marine and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or damage to your vessel or other equipment, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
