Rebate, Warranty, Shipping & Returns

How the rebate works

The rebate is applied after purchase, not at checkout. After you buy, complete the rebate form from your order email, then post a photo or video of your display working at a body of water on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Tag Simplify Marine, include your referral code, and say that you are receiving a rebate. Submit within 90 days of purchase, and we will email you when your rebate is finalized. Warranty

Every display includes a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance support. Your warranty begins the day you purchase and register your product. During the first year, repairs and replacement parts for a product quality issue are free. If we cannot diagnose the issue remotely, send the unit in and we will repair it and return it within one week of receiving it. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new unit at no charge during the first year. Damage caused by the user is not covered. After the first year, replacement parts are available at factory cost with no charge for repair labor. Register your product or file a claim.

Orders typically ship within the business week. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Shipping is calculated at checkout through UPS, and we ship within the U.S. and internationally.
